  • To be aware that the patient himself/herself is only responsible for the consequences in case of discontinuation of treatment prescribed by the doctor during the hospital stay.
  • To understand that in case the patient leaves against medical advice (LAMA/DAMA) then it will be at his/her own risk.
  • To pay the hospital bills in a timely manner.
  • To co-operate with the hospital staff for maintaining the cleanliness & administrative procedures of the hospital.
