Often described as the backbone of Stavya, Mrs. Amita Dave has transformed a 4-bed clinic into a NABH-accredited super-specialty hospital, now expanding from 40 to 140 beds. With an M.Com. and MBA in Hospital Management, she has led Stavya’s journey from a small clinic to one of the largest centres for spine care blending advanced technology with ethical, patient-first practices.

Beyond infrastructure, Mrs. Dave has mentored her leadership team to ensure the wellbeing and growth of over 200 staff members, while driving initiatives like osteoporosis and spinal health awareness programs. A Sangeet Visharad in vocal music, she also uses art as a medium to spread health messages, reflecting her belief that:
